Down to the Wire...
It's the very last 24 hours of the current catalogues. Both of these are about to be retired.. which means that lots of very popular items are on their way out too. Please note that ALL the Christmas sets in the current annual catalogue are being retired... so if there was any sets that you loved you will need to grab them by close of business on the 1st July.
But Im never too sad to say goodbye to our discontinuing product.. because when one door closes, another door opens.... and thats exactly what happens with the release of our Brand new Catalogue that is being released on the 2nd July 2013! Cant wait for you to all have one to hold in your hands. There are several ways to get them... you can buy one for $5 (or $10 if you need to have it mailed to you), you can host a party with your friends and you will receive one (as well as play with new stuff!) or you can come to our brand new catalogue launch this coming Friday night July 5th. (Only a couple of spots left now though)
For more details of the launch click HERE, or you can click HERE to email me to order a catty or book a party.
Thought I might show you another sneak peek from the new catalogue.. this is another "Mosaic Madness" card - both the stamps and matching embossing folder. And I used our new 2013-15 Incolor range so you can see how these colours work together. Pretty well dont you think? They remind me of gelato actually. ;-)
Well Im off to a scrapbooking workshop tomorrow to teach a lovely new group of ladies the "Chalkboard" technique. I am pretty sure they will love it. I'll have to show you what we made sometime soon.
Enjoy today's card.

Another Sneak Peek... Mosaic Madness and the New 2013-15 In Color range
So.. here is another little card project using brand new products about to be released NEXT WEEK. I've used the "Mosaic Madness" stamp set to create the petals of the flower, (with the matching Embossing Folder used for the background) and each petal is done in one of the new In Color range so that you can see how they all look together. Those colours remind me of gelato.. what do you think?? I also used one of the new In-color "Boutique Details" embellishments as my flower centre. The sentiment is from the new "Hello, Lovely" stamp set, which of course matches the Decorative Label punch.
This was a quick and easy card to put together.... gotta love that :-)
Dont forget that we only have 3 days left to get the retiring products from this year's catalogues.. both the Autumn catalogue as well as the 2012-13 annual catalogue are ending!!!1 Check out the list HERE or go to my Online Store to view it and order directly from there... many items are discounted, so don't miss out. The brand new 2013-14 catalogue will be available from the 2nd July 2013... as well as all the products within! To order yourself a catalogue just contact me by clicking HERE.
And lastly, I do still have a couple of Catalogue Launch spots left. You will receive a new catalogue when you attend (earlier if I can get it to you) as well as make 3 projects on the night. Supper and prizes are included on the night as well, not to mention some special deals for attendees. The launch will be held at 7.30pm Friday 5th July, at Narara on the Central Coast. For more details please contact me...... it should be a great night!

Another New Catalogue Sneak Peek :-) - Wildflower Meadow
So here today is another card made with a stamp set that is about to be released on July 2nd 2013 in our Brand New 2013 - 2014 Catalogue. I have already made a few cards with this set, including a cute card that I am considering using at my New Catalogue Launch (for details of the launch click HERE - right now there are still places left).
But I have a different card to show you today. The stamp set is "Wildflower Meadow" and I also used the matching Embossing folder on this one. I love it when stamps match other stuff - like DSP, or punches, or embossing folders. These ones work so well together, and almost make it look a little 3D :-) This is a very simple little card, but just using the markers and the embossing folder make it pretty cute. I stamped it on Vellum, to give it a softer feel.
Hope you enjoy the card.. oh and don't forget our retiring list is still going strong. To see it just click HERE.. there is bound to be something you like... and many items are marked down by 25% - 50%. Email me your order.. or to have it sent directly to you, you can use our new Online Ordering system. Click HERE for my online store.

Scrapbooking with Hexagons
I have to say that Hexagons are a bit "in" at the moment. They keep popping up.. in home decor, interior design, and of course paper craft as well. We have a number of products that have jumped on the Hexagon bandwagon... the Hexagon Embossing folder, and the "This and That Epic Day" range are good examples. And there are more hexagons coming up in our new catalogue due out next month. Today whilst browsing on Pinterest (as you do) I came across a gorgeous scrapbook page that uses hexagons as a background... and so i grabbed my new favourite This and That Epic Day papers and did my own take on it. Click HERE to see the page that I was inspired by:
I tried to find the original post, but was unable to locate it. The creator is a wonderful artist by the name of Leah Farquharson, and if you take the time to view her awesome blog I am sure you will find inspiration of your own. Just click on her name to view the blog.
So anyway, i hope you enjoy my take on it. It was a really simple page, but lots of fun to do. I added a bit of grunge from an upcoming set... its appropriately called "Gorgeous Grunge" and i can see lots of splodgey fun coming up with that one. There is also the matching washi tape used on the layout. And for anyone that is wondering yes, that is my now 10 year old daughter in the photo :-)
Enjoy.

This month's Stamp Club - a Masculine Card
This month's day stamp club is coming up this week, and this month's hostess has requested a Masculine project. So I am doing a great little project.. plus a Masculine card to go with it. Thought I would show you the matching card... I think our new "This and That Epic Day" DSP works great for Masculine cards... and i combined it with "The Open Sea" stamp set for this card. I really like the result.
I do still have one space left in each of my two day stamp clubs (the evening club is full). If you would like to get together with other papercraft enthusiasts once every 2 months then please contact me. Your only commitment is to spend a minimum of $50 in product each time (so thats every second month) and there are no other charges. And you will get to be the hostess and receive a minimum of $50 in free product when its your turn to host. Club get togethers are held at my place, so you don't even need to clean the house! Just come along, make great projects, and enjoy!
To grab yourself a spot, email me by clicking HERE.
Enjoy today's card.

A little "Sneak Peek" from the upcoming Catalogue (and details of our Catalogue Launch)
So just a quick little card I put together on my craft table last night. I am starting to play with some of the new stuff I got at Convention last month, and some freebies that I got from Stampin'Up. This one took less than 10 mins to throw together.. quite literally. It features our new Gingham Garden Washi Tape pack, and takes its colours from those tapes as well. The main motif and words are from the new set called "Happy Day", and the splodges and splatters in the background are from a set called "Gorgeous Grunge".. think that one is going to get a lot of use! I punched out a couple of different shapes and accented them with a Vintage Faceted Designer button.
I've been created a couple of cards most days this week.. so I will have lots to show you over the next few weeks. :-)
And speaking of showing you stuff... we are having a New Catalogue Launch! Here are the details:
Friday 5th July @ 7.30pm
Held at the Narara Valley Baptist Church Hall, 127 Narara Valley Drive, Narara
Cost is $20 and you will make 3 projects to take home. Supper and all materials are supplied. Prizes to be won. Come along for a fun (and yes, noisy) night and see whats new in our awesome New Catalogue. You will need to RSVP to me as numbers are LIMITED. You can email me by clicking HERE. If we fill up that evening (which I expect we will) I will announce a second date.. possibly an afternoon.
(Please note that the picture you see here is not one of the projects we are making on the night) I'm hoping to keep those a little secret til then. :-)

French Foliage and the Retirement List
A couple of customers have mentioned that they preferred "just a list" to view the Retirement List, rather than the Online Store format. I get that... especially as it is easier to see which items have actually been marked down. So here today, by popular request, are the actual lists..(you'll need to copy and paste them into your browser)
First the Retiring Stamps List:
http://su-media.s3.amazonaws.com/media/lastChance/2013%20AU%20retired%20List/Stamp_Availability-AU.pdf
and the Retiring Accessories List:
http://su-media.s3.amazonaws.com/media/lastChance/2013%20AU%20retired%20List/Accessories_Availability-AU.pdf
These lists also include an "x" in the "Not available" column so that you can see what has sold out already. To order your goodies before they do run out, either EMAIL ME your order, or you can order online via my Online Store. Whichever is easier for you.
Today's card shows another retiring Stamp Set - the very beautiful "French Foliage".. which I will miss, as it was useful for masculine cards as well as every other style. Very versatile. At time of writing, it is still available.
I hope everyone is enjoying their "Queen's Birthday" long weekend, and I look forward to seeing you soon at a class or workshop. (For a class schedule, visit the right hand sidebar of my blog)
Enjoy xx
