Happening tomorrow! Linda's BOGO sale on retired items!

Hello friends!

I'd like to invite you to be part of my BOGO SALE (Buy one, Get One free) on some of my retired items. It starts tomorrow 30th August, and will continue until the 31st August. Depending on whether we have many items left available I may continue it on the 1st September, but this is yet to be determined.  Items are available to the first person to claim them.  Please note I can accept orders from Australian customers only.

How will it work?

1. To be part of the BOGO event you need to be a member of my Private VIP Group. - PLEASE NOTE THIS GROUP IS FOR AUSTRALIAN RESIDENTS ONLY. If you are in Australia but are not a member of the group you can find it HERE and request to join.

2. Choose the retired items you want. Then send me an email (Click HERE to give me your list of items. I will set those aside for you. Please note that this will work on a "first come, first served" basis, in the order the emails are received.

3. I will send you a reply email to confirm which items I am able to supply that you have requested. If the requested item has already been nabbed by someone else I will let you know. I will give you the total amount of the order. And will also confirm the postage amount. FYI postage for a total of items under 5kg will be $10.90. I will also give you a host code to use.

4. Place your order for the stated amount via the Online store using the host code. You have 24 hours from when I email you to place your order. Please note that if you do not place your order within 24 hours that the retired items will be back up for grabs. PLEASE NOTE: IF your order is over $250 DO NOT use the host code... instead you will receive host benefits on your order.

5. Once your order has been placed I will send you a Paypal invoice for the shipping on the retired stock. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay the invoice.

6. Wait for your items to arrive! I will ship all items within 48 hours of when you pay your shipping invoice.  So the faster you pay, the faster your items will be mailed out.

Note: if you are using Bonus Days vouchers, the value of the order needs to calculated AFTER the bonus days vouchers have been used.

All stamps and tools are in gently used condition (a few are in new condition). Some photopolymer stamps are stained but this does not affect how they stamp.  Everything is listed at full retail value because you are getting them for free.

I will do my best to get to emails promptly and update the BOGO whenever I can. However, there may be some lag time between when your email is sent and when I respond. And if you email me late at night I might not get back to you until the following morning.

Item photographs will be posted on Wednesday morning, 30th August, at 8am.

Good luck with the sale and... may the odds be ever in your favour!

Welcome to our CraftAlong event for August - we are making Masculine Cards!

Hello friends!

I have been asked many times to show how to make Masculine cards. Many times I've been told by my customers that when it comes to guy cards, they just dont know where to start. So this class is for anyone that has struggled in this area.

I believe that if you take several factors into account, Masculine cards become quite easy to create. And in this class this month I show you how to do just that.

This month's class begins, as always, with a live public video - its free to watch and full of great tips and ideas. This was held on the weekend, but dont worry... you can watch the replay anytime.  In the live video we made the card you see above.

Here is the video below if you havent seen it yet:

During this video I also showed all the alternative projects that I have also made tutorials for this month. I'm posting these cards again below.  There is a tutorial for each project, and the measurements are provided in both Imperial and in Metric. So no matter where you are in the world you can watch the videos and have access to all the measurements as well.

There are two ways to get your hands on these fabulous tutorials:

1. If you ordered $60 or more in products with me last month OR if you are a team member, then you will automatically receive these tutorials in your email inbox very shortly.

2. But if thats not you, then you are very welcome to purchase them. This option is available no matter where in the world you are.  You will receive a PDF document with all the measurements for all the cards (in both imperial AND metric), as well as links to all the step-by-step videos to help you make these lovely projects.  The cost for this is $15aud.  To purchase them click the button below:

Here are the photos of this month's projects...

I hope you really enjoy all the projects this month and stay tuned for the next CraftAlong video coming up next month!

Happy Stamping!

Welcome to the August Global Stampin' Video Hop - the "Secret Flap" fun fold card

Hello and welcome to another month with the Global Stampin' Video Hop team!  This month our theme is Fun Fold cards, and I used a fun fold design from a card I received on the recent Incentive trip to Norway. The card was by Amy Rich, and I really loved the design.   I wasnt sure what to call it though, so I called it the "Secret Flap Fun Fold" card - because there's a secret flap inside where you write your greeting.

I recreated the card in metric but also with a few "tweaks".  I hope you love it.

If you would like to watch the video you will find the link below:

Here are the basic measurements:

Boho Blue CS - 23cm x 10.5cm (score at 14.8cm on long side)

White CS - 25cm x 8.5 (Score at 12.5cm on long side)

                - 7cm x 11cm

                - Scrap to cut sentiment label

DSP - 7.8cm x 10cm

        - 6.5cm x 10.5cm

        - 10cm x 14.3cm

        - 8cm x 12cm

Vellum - scrap to cut circle

Imperial measurements to follow.

August CraftAlong is almost here... here are the supplies you will need!

 Hello everyone!

We are almost up to another CraftAlong coming up this month!  The date for the CraftAlong this month is Saturday 26th August and we'll be live together at 2pm that day.  I go live on my YouTube channel so if you haven't already subscribed you will definitely want to do that!  Click HERE to head over to the YouTube channel.  The CraftAlong live is a free event and I know you will love our time creating together!

This time we are going to be making Masculine cards together - particularly useful as we have Father's Day just around the corner.  But of course you could use these cards for any man in your life on any occasion.  The main card is a Fun Fold card - so its a masculine card with a twist.

If you placed an order over $60 with me last month (July) you will be receiving a supply pack in the mail to make our project on the day (or when you watch the replay).  However, you are still welcome to CrafrtAlong even without the supply pack, and you will need the following items (or to substitute with something similar):

  • Trucking Along Bundle (stamps and punch)
  • Let's Go Fishing 12" x 12" dsp
  • Pebbled Path Cardstock
  • Basic Black Cardstock
  • Basic White Cardstock
  • Real Red Cardstock
  • Pretty Peacock Cardstock
  • Vellum
  • Pretty Peacock Ink
  • Pebbled Path ink
  • Lost Lagoon Ink
  • Soft Seafoam ink
  • Memento Black ink
  • Label for sentiment (I used the sentiments from the "He's All That" stamp set, but any masculine/birthday set would work)
  • 2" circle punch
  • Metallic Rustic dots
To prepare:
  • Cut Pebbled Path CS to 14.8cm x 10.5cm (for Imperial, cut to 5-1/2" x 4-1/4")
    - Then cut 2 pieces to 14.8cm x 4.5cm (5-1/2" x 2")

  • Cut Basic Black CS to 14.3cm x 10cm (for Imperial, cut to 5-1/4" x 4")
  • Cut Basic White to 13.8cm x 9.5cm (for Imperial, cut to 5" x 3-3/4")
  • You will also need some scraps of white to stamp your sentiment/s on, then scraps of Pretty Peacock and Real Red to punch out the truck, some scraps of black to punch the tyres, and scraps of vellum to punch 2 circles
If you don't have the Truck punch and stamps you can substitute with other elements - I'll give you some ideas and tips in the live video!

Im so looking forward to creating with you on the 26th... and I really hope you will love our projects this month!
