Because, to be honest, this is an amazing stamp set!
Today I wanted to show you another card I made with the beautiful Waterfront stamp set, available in the current Occasions catalogue (2018). I've made a couple of samples with this set before, but with this card I decided to step it up a notch and use the stamps in quite a different way. Believe or not, this is actually a very quick card, and the watercolour look you can get with these stamps is quite amazing. The whole piece took me around 10 minutes to produce, and I think you'll agree the effect is stunning!
So how did I do it? Well there are plans for a tutorial to show you how. And next month's technique class here in my home studio will focus on this stamp set - and includes teaching you how to use the stamps in this way. So if you are close to the Central Coast then please sign up to the class... click HERE to let me know you are coming. Here are the dates:
13th February @ 7.30pm
or
14th February @ 11.15am
You can see what other classes I have coming up by clicking the "Class and Event Schedule" tab above. I'd love to see you at a class real soon! But if you cant make it, then you might like to be part of my Online learners. I have a YouTube channel where I share lots of ideas and tips, as well as teach "how to" videos. So click HERE to visit my channel and make sure you hit the "SUBSCRIBE" button to be infomed when I have posted something new. I usually post new videos once or twice a week.
I hope you are enjoy the creations with the Waterfront stamp set... there will be lots more coming your way as it is my absolute favourite stamp set in the current Occasions catalogue. To order it, click the SHOP NOW button on this page or you can also click HERE. You will need a credit card to order, and items are sent direct to you, anywhere in Australia. Ive included a full list of everything I used on the above card (plus you would need clear blocks) in the list below. Click on any item you wish to order.
