Stamp-A-Stacks this week... Make this lovely Waterfront Landscape card!
This week is the first week of the month, and that means we have our monthly Stamp-A-Stacks. This is where we make 6 cards in the one class.... but it's fairly quick as there are just 2 designs, and we make 3 of each. The idea is that you will go home with 6 cards for your stash.
I've been running this type of class now for over 10 years.... and they have always been popular with my customers. Part of my aim is to come up with cards that are simple enough that they are easy to duplicate. I rarely add fussy cutting or embossing for example. We need to be able to make our 6 cards in the couple of hours that is allocated for class.
This card today is an example of a card that relies on simple stamping. I borrowed from the Triple Layer stamping technique for this one... but have just used one frame to add impact. The card was actually inspired by a UK demonstrator, Amanda Bates. You can see Amanda's original card HERE. One of the awesome things I love about the demonstrator community is that we often share ideas with each other. Its fabulous because even if you aren't feeling particularly inspired yourself (yep, it happens to everyone!) there are so many ideas out there that have been shared. Thank you Amanda for sharing this lovely idea.
And of course, it was another excuse to get my beloved Waterfront stamp set out again! (If you dont have it yet.... its one of those sets that you need to have in your collection! So versatile AND easy to use!) To order click the SHOP NOW button above!
Here are the details of classes this week:

Wednesday 7th March @ 11.15am

ps... The birds in this card are borrowed from the High Tide stamp set... this is a really great stamp set pairing... they can work together beautifully.
