Video Tutorial: How to make a Sparkly Snowflake card

In my previous blog post I showed this card... and I've had a couple of people ask me for a tutorial. So today I have a video tutorial for you, and I hope you enjoy it.  The video includes the "recipe" for the shimmer paint spritz that I used for the background.  It was a fun card to make!
