Brusho classes this week - come and play with a totally new product

Every now and again a new product comes along that is really exciting.  Brusho Crystal Colours are one of those products.  What is Brusho?  Its vivid colour pigment in powder crystal form.  The fact that it is a powder opens up lots of creative possibilities.... and straight away that means its great for a class!

My Brusho classes will be held this week on Tuesday night at 7.30pm (16th) and Wednesday daytime at 11.15am (17th).  Im on the Central Coast and you are very welcome to join us... beginners welcome!  Address supplied when you book in.  Click HERE to book your spot.  Cost for this class will be $25 and you will make several projects to take home.

The card you see today isn't one we'll be making in class... but it does show yet another way to use Brushos.  This time i used Glossy Cardstock as my base.  I added Prussian Blue powder to the lower part of the cardstock and then spritzed it with water to allow it to spread across the paper.  I tilted the paper to move the colour around a bit.  Then added a little yellow powder to the base.  I blotted it a little with paper towel.  And then added my framelits from the Celebrate You framelit set.  The "Amazing" is cut from Whisper White cardstock, and the "You" is cut from Silver glimmer paper. As a final touch I added the silver embossed image from the Amazing you stamp set.

It just proves you dont have to add a lot of detail to a vibrant background... let the background speak for itself!
